Position Description:
The NPI engineer will be responsible for managing the transfer of new developed products from R&D to Manufacturing.
Verifying and challenging manufacturability aspects of the product design prior to serial manufacturing.
Deep involvement in production line design.
Identifying product and production line errors and remediation.  
Determining system improvements and implementing changes.
Project managing within the Engineering department.

Key Job Responsibilities:
 
Technical project leadership.
Transfer activities of products and processes.
Project lifecycle management including but not only, sustaining engineering, root cause analysis and manufacturing technical issues.
Team member in initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, manufacturability and cost.
Support process verification and validation testing activities.
Assist with selection and qualification of new materials and suppliers
Tech. mentoring (SME) for manufacturing, engineering and operations teams.
Job Requirements:
 
Bsc or Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering
Experience in lean manufacturing (VSM, Problem Solving, SPC, etc.)
Proven knowledge in at least one of the following fields: Components engineering, PCB assembly or RF.
Min. 5-7 years as a design or manufacturing engineer supporting Electro Mechanics products.
Proven knowledge of electronic assembly, testing, inspection processes.
Proven ability to project manage, plan, organize and prioritize
Proven problem solving capabilities.
Profound manufacturing, quality and process background.
Strong advantage - Electronic Design For Testing and manufacturing
Possess strong communication skills to for cross team interface.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
English - Fluent reading and writing
