Researchers come up with liquid clothing spray

Researchers at the Imperial College London have come up with a liquid clothing spray that lets users spray clothes straight onto body using aerosol technology.

Once the spray dries, it turns into a thin layer of fabric, which can be peeled off, washed and re-worn. The spray contains small fibres that are mixed with polymers to bond them together.

A solvent contains the fabric in liquid form. It evaporates immediately after the spray touches the surface of the body.
