Sorry for the English, I'm not going to try and type this using the screen keyboard :-)I bought a 2009 (used) RAV4 a couple of weeks ago, and decided to start the upgrade path with swapping the radio.
My requirements were clean OEM look, meaning it must seem like the original, plus have GPS, bluetooth for the phone, and connect to external hard drive for music.
I ordered the unit in the link below, for $450.

Summary -
The unit is very nice, fits perfectly and looks completely original.
The GPS, bluetooth, and MP3 files work nice.
I can connect my iPhone using bluetooth for calls and using the cable for complete control from the screen.
I haven't tested the external HD and some other features.
Touch screen is very good, but not bright enough for direct sunlight.
Radio reception is not great, but I don't really care for that.
