התיונה שלו לפי מה שהוא מספר:
"the basics are no carb, low calorie diet. did a version of the sodium/water/carb load/deplete that bodybuilders do pre comp 8 egg whites
Preworkout (30 min before work out) – 1 scoop whey with 1 cup oats
Workout
Postworktou meal – 2 scoops whey with 125g raisins
Meal 2 – 6oz chicken with some salad and rice
Meal 3 – 6oz chicken with some salad and rice
Meal 4 – 8oz beef with some salad
Meal 5 – 1 cottage cheese serving… not sure if it was 1 or 2 cups…
Regardless, this diet would come out to around 3000kcal/day
With 40/40/20 ratios approximately.
