ביצעתי רכישה באייבי (Make Offer) אצל מוכר אמריקאי ובחרתי לשלוח דרך גלובלפלייט (המוכר אגב, שולח גם ישירות לארץ, רק ביותר יקר)
אך כשאני מגיע לחלון לפני ביצוע התשלום מתקבלת ההודעה:
" One or more of the items below can't be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected"למרות שזו כתובת שהמוכר כן שולח אליה, וכן הגדיר עלות משלוח (חינם)
(כשאני מכניס את Zip Code בעמוד המכירה בShipping and payments
מופיע שהמשלוח חינם).
פניתי למוכר, וזה מה שהוא השיב:
it is because you have an address in israel in paypal and want the unit shipped to an address in the usa. this make the system not work. if i send you an invoice for shipping to israel it might work. but i dont know what else to do. i already sent an updated invoice with free shipping for the usa. if you cannot pay using that invoice, then we have pushed the ebay system as far as we can. i can also send you an invoice through paypal.
לפי הבנתי הוא מציע לבצע את הרכישה ישירות דרך פאייפל, מומלץ?
מישהו כאן יודע אם ישנן אפשרויות נוספות (גם מהצד של המוכר) להתגבר על הבעייה?
