Position #242: Onsite Support Engineer – Relocation in London

Secure Islands requires a hands on computer guy for a one year relocation at London, England.

This guy will join Secure Islands integration team working at a major European company, and will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the products onsite. The job includes preparation and configuration of the IT environment, creating documentations and manuals, installing the product, testing it, training to customer, and working with our development team in Israel on troubleshooting and fixing deployment issues.
The work involves elements of IT and system administration in a large enterprise environment, working with customers face to face as an integrator and first tier support and Software testing (QA).
If you're good with both computers and people, big-headed, organized and quick learner, and has a valid EU passport, we need your help!

Qualifications:
1. A European passport – A must
2. Very good technical approach, troubleshooter, autodidact – A must
3. IT experience (AD, Exchange, SharePoint) – a significant advantage
4. Graduate of IDF technology unit – An advantage
5. BSC/BA in Engineering (Industrial engineering, Computer science and so on) - An advantage
6. Very good oral and written English
7. Good customer service skills

Position #241: Onsite Professional Services Engineers – Relocation in London

Secure Islands requires a hands on Professional service engineers for lead in our project in London, for a one year relocation at London, England.
This engineer will join Secure Islands integration team working at a major European company, and will lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the products onsite.
Good conditions for suited applicants.

Responsibilities:
1.Perform the installation and configuration of the product via remote or on-site.
2.Perform acceptance testing in customer site.
3.Development of documentation.
4.Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.
5.Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status.
6.Solving customers’ product related problems on clients’ systems remotely and on site.
7.Conduct troubleshooting remotely and onsite.
8.Escalate issues and work until resolution with Support and RnD departments.
9.Provide other services such as training.

Qualifications:
1.A European passport – A Must
2.3+ years of related experience
3.Hands-on knowledge in the following areas:
· Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, Windows servers, etc)
· Networking (TCP / IP, routing, firewalls)
· MSSQL
· Web servers and applications
4.Excellent interpersonal skills
5.Outstanding customer service skills
6.“Please the customer” mentality
