Due to the rise in popularity of hookah bars in the United States, we modified our drug paraphernalia policy to allow the sale of traditional hookah water pipes. We do not consider hookahs 17" or smaller to be a traditional (full sized) hookah, but rather a smaller water pipe made of a material we do not allow on eBay. A full size hookah is generally considered to be 18" - 36" tall. These are the types of hookahs the policy was changed to allow. Smaller versions (less than 18") are too closely related to the types of pipes we do not allow for various drug related reasons. Please do not relist this item on our site.
