Before everything it is important to know about import duties and restictments to get goods into Israel.
I have checked on the web and think to have understood that import duties were dropped from the 1st of January of this year.
This may be depending on the country of origin, maybe you can find out.
Another thing that is important is if so called 'Certificates of Origin' are required with each shipment.
Our goods are produced in Italy, Turkey, India and China and if such certificates would be required it would be almost impossible to work together under a franchise contract.
