To edit this area is very simple all you need to do is find this text in the html file and modify it, to modify it create a new notpad, and open it up, then drag this html file into it, this will bring up all the code, just simply edit the code to how you want it. if you are useing a software such as Dreamweaver or Front page, it will be 100% easyer.<br />

What there are rules you say... yes there are, you must not under any circumstances remove the 'Ctrated by <a href="http://www.fpsbanana.com/members/131255">Xcon</a> at <a href="http://www.fpsbanana.com">fpsbanana</a>' at the bottom of the page, Unless you payed for this template it should not be femoved at all, you can change it however, such as Designed by xcon, or something eles but it must remane there. <br />

Modifying the banner.... <br />

Modufying the banner it easy, all you have to do is open it in your Image Manipulation software, such as Photoshop, Paintshop pro, Flash, ect, and edit it, the banner comes with two styles, One is with pictures of office on, and another is with a nout on it, on the blank banner there will not be any text at all, so that you can edit how you want, it will however still have all the images locked into place, this banner allso comes with one psd. Photoshop files, so that you can edit the text without messing the style up, all you do is open it up, (im useing Cs2) and edit the text. <br />

you dont have to worry about changeing the font if you want to keep that one because every one has (Verdana) font on there pc, so you should be fine.<br />

DO NOT create all the pages before you have the links done, if you do this you will have to go on every page and modify the links witch will take you awile...<br />
