פניתי לשירות לקוחות של I PARCEL וזה מה שענו לי ב14 לחודש
Thanks so much for reaching out. I've checked into your shipment and it doesn't look like we ever received the actual package from Amazon They did give us some details on it letting us know the order was placed on 1/9/2017 and it was on the way but it never reached us.
I'm sorry there's not a lot more we can do for you right now as the retailer handles getting the shipment to us.

Please be assured that the shipment left our fulfillment centre in Germany on 9. January as stated in our shipping confirmation.
Unfortunately, your order cannot be tracked at the moment. Occasionally, there is no scan after the shipment has been handed over to the relevant carrier. This happens, e.g., when the address label has been scratched, is illegible or has even peeled off partly.
We know from experience that most shipments reach the addressee. Therefore, we assume that you will receive your order within the next couple of days.
