What happens now?
Please see below the three options that are available to you:
Switch to any other easyJet flight at any other time without having to pay a change fee. Flights are currently available until May 2021 for our most popular routes including peak times. You can change onto any flight yourself via Manage Bookings.
Claim a voucher for the full value of your ticket. Valid for 12 months a voucher gives you the flexibility to book travel to anywhere when you're ready to fly. You can request the voucher via Manage Bookings.
You can request a refund by completing the form on our website which can be accessed via the Covid-19 Help Hub here. You have 12 months from the date of this email to request a refund. Please be advised that our Customer Service team are very busy at the moment, so this may take up to 28 days.
