First thing, I would rather have something myself and not with a group. It will be more expensive, but the experience will be greater. So.. Prepare a lot of money. Because the states is really really expensive. Hotels cost a lot, car rental costs a lot (even more because you're just 23 and considered a young driver) About where. The thing is, that in a month, you won't make it through all of the States.. There's just too much too see.. I'd offer start just with the east coast and see where it goes. New York of course is a most, you would have to have a few days there, because there is much to see. The Bureaus.. Downtown Manhattan, Alice Island, The Museums, Central Park, The Bronx Zoo.. Etc.. You have much to see here. You can go to all the major cities which are close enough, such as Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. I would also offer to go north to see the Niagara Falls. After that, I would offer to catch a plane to Florida. Because if you ask me, there's nothing to see in New Jersey, Delware etc. Maybe, just maybe, Atlantic city in New Jersey, which is like Las Vegas, but much worse. In Florida you can go to Orlando, there's Disney World there. Miami of course, south beach. Something that I would really offer you to, is to take a convertible car in Miami, and drive all down to Key West. Amazing experience. Can't really think about a lot more at the moment. About the west coast, I haven't been there, so I can't really give you advices about it. Some more tips. Be advised that in most of the places in the states, they write down the prices not including taxes, not like in Israel. So whatever seems cheap, ask if it includes tax. The tax in NY is around 8%, in the rest of the states I don't remember. If you smoke, prepare to be broke. A single pack in NY costs around 10$. In Florida around 4.5$ About hotels, if you're short in money, check about staying in motels instead of in hotels. For example Motel 6, which you can check all about it on the internet. In general, as far as I noticed so far, people here are really kind, and would gladly help you. So if you're stuck, I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. Get an international credit card, it will make your life much easier. That's all I can think for now. If you have more questions, just ask - Multipass https://romangurvich.com/ |
