As Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for integrating sales, product, and customer feedback into a cohesive and visionary customer retention strategy. You start where marketing ends, which means complete responsibility for turning leads into paying accounts. The Director of Customer Success is the axis of customer relationships. You can expect to host demos, webinars, and actively support customers as they use the platform. You will be responsible for reducing customer churn, boosting satisfaction, and increasing sales.

We consider this position to be a strategic one that will directly impact growth. Therefore, the applicant must possess a positive can-do attitude and go beyond the job description when necessary.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, including management
Proven track record in a SaaS company
Extraordinary execution skills and a visionary while still being scrappy when necessary
Some AdTech experience
Some technical experience with light HTML and CSS
Experienced in a startup environment

Sales Ninja

Technical Support Engineer
