This position is a direct point of contact with international clients, helping them use the product, and resolving technical, transnational and functional problems. A portion of this job would also include interfacing with various internal departments of the company, making sure all relevant parties are aware of issues arising. Candidates knowledgeable in Forex and with financial markets, support and a technical background have an advantage.

Skills required:
• Ability to conduct focused and efficient troubleshooting
• Ability to Analyze Forex trade execution using various logs
• Written and voice communication skills when dealing with customers and 3rd parties
• Positive and patient approach to customer service
• Assertiveness when following up on 3rd parties and other internal departments
• Acquaintance with Operation Systems and networking
• Ability to analyze system logs
• Knowledge of Linux and SQL a must
• Forex experience (Advantage):
o Finance/Economics/Business degree
o Forex Spot, Forward and Swap trading
o Post Trade
o LP Integration
o FIX Protocol
• 5 Shifts per week at various times including a night shift rotated by 5 team members
