If the MAP doesn't automatically ask for activation then press "Menu" -> "About" -> "Map". Choose the map to activate and then press "Unlock".
On the next screen choose "Web", and hit "OK" when the popup comes.
To get a serial number, start the Windows keygen and click on "Get new". Enter the serial the keygen gives you into NDrive and press "OK". When you get the question "Do you want the registration to be automatic by an ip connection ?" choose "No". Leave the keygen open !

In NDrive, you will now get a screen with the "Serial Nr." (you just entered this), an "Auth. Nr" and a "MAP" Key. In this example I want to activate the

Benelux Map:

Serial nr: BDFC-4H7D-4320
Auth. nr: TZGB-66FG-T77G
Map: TA-EUR-BENELUX-*-2009.06

Now, go back to the Windows keygen and make sure the "Serial Number" is the same as you entered before. For "Device ID" choose the "Auth. nr" displayed in NDrive. For "Map" enter the full "Map" from NDrive (example from above: TA-EUR-BENELUX-*-2009.06) as displayed in your iPhone.
Next, press "Generate" in the keygen and some activation keys will be displayed.
