You can search for fonts by style - such as art deco, grunge, serif, and sans serif - or by name. As a fan of art deco, I went there first and liked the Martini (no, I don't drink it) and the Poolside fonts. The FAQ explains how to download and install the font on your computer (FAQ link is on the bottom not the top navigation bar). That Cough Syrup Daydream font looks just as expected - a font in an alcohol-induced stupor.
