מעורר שאלה איך הכותב מתיימר להיות מומחה לשוק ההון, אם הוא מסוגל להפיק איוולת כזאת.
בלי להתברבר הרבה: כאשר בעל שליטה מוכר מניות - הכסף נכנס לכיסו. כאשר חברה מנפיקה - הכסף נכנס לקופת החברה. אלו שני דברים שונים לחלוטין, עם תוצאות כלכליות שונות לחלוטין.
