Borland to sell off Delphi, C++ lines
SOFTWARE FIRM Borland said it wants a buyer for its Integrated Developer Environment (IDE) - that includes Developer Studio, C++ Builder, C#Builder and JBuilder.It also said it's bought Segue Software, a company that provides quality and testing software. It wants to build up the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) part of its business.
Borland will buy Segue for $8.57 per share in cash.
